 SEPAC Holiday Party
Dear SEPAC OF AHRMM Supporter,
We are holding an annual Holiday party on December 11, 2008 and we are hoping to see you there.  Please share our announcement ( click for flyer ) with all your friends in the industry.
We are also seeking donations to help us offset some of the costs, provide a donation to a needy family and add to our education fund which allows us to provide Speakers at our monthly dinner meetings.
In return for a $300.00 donation, we will link your company directed with our web site – www.sepaconline.org and it will remain there for one (1) year beginning January 1, 2008.  We will also continue to recognize all our supporters through out the year at our dinner meetings and special events.
If this is something you are interested in, please go on line and complete the Web Site Sponsor form and use our Pay Pal account.  You can also mail in a check to the address listed.  
As a reminder all of those currently listed will be removed December 31st, 2008
We would also be grateful and accept a door prize which could consist of a gift certificate, bottle of cider/wine, signed memorabilia and any other smaller monetary donation and you will also be listed on the Donor Board.

 Best of AHRMM08 in Philadelphia

AHRMM is excited to announce that registration is now open for the Best of AHRMM08 meeting in Philadelphia on January 23! The meeting will take place at the Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport. Click here! for the brochure with the registration form. We will also have an online registration form available in the next week or so. Your chapter members will be entitled to the AHRMM Member rate, regardless of whether or not they are AHRMM members. (As per the attached agreement, please email me your membership rosters so that we can be sure your members are receiving the correct rate.)
We plan to start promoting the seminar starting this week on our website and in the eNews. As a reminder, we are asking you to promote this meeting to your chapter members via email, your website, newsletters, basically any means available. I’ve also attached the collaboration expectations for your records.

If you have any questions or need anything further please let me know. I will follow up in a few weeks to check to see how the promotions are going and to gather any feedback you may have.

 SEPAC October monthly meeting
Hey all..

 22nd Annual SEPAC of AHRMM Golf Outing

Dear Members of SEPAC of AHRMM:
This unusually warm winter has made us golfers want to hit the links!  So, while you are daydreaming about that first tee shot of 2008, I am pleased to announce that the 22nd Annual SEPAC of AHRMM Golf Outing has been scheduled for FRIDAY, MAY 9, 2008 at the JC Melrose Country Club.
We appreciate the support that all of you have given us in the past and we look forward to a successful and fun event again this year. The committee hopes that you will take the opportunity to join us at JC Melrose Country Club for a great time. We hope that the move to a Friday event will bring out even more participants and make this the most successful outing ever!

SEPAC Holiday meeting
It's getting to be that time of year again. You definitely won't want to miss this one. We had such great time last year at Adelphia in Deptford, New Jersey that we've decided to do it again.
The party will be held on Thursday, December 13 from 6pm to 10pm. The cost is $25 per person and includes a buffet. There will be a cash bar, a DJ and dancing, and maybe even some bull riding.
Make sure you spread the word. Bring your colleagues and friends. You won't be disappointed.
Also, please be sure to bring your business cards with you for a chance to win some fabulous door prizes.
