Terms and Conditions

  1. Invoices are payable upon receipt. To pay by credit card, please complete the information at the bottom of the invoice, sign the page, and fax it to the number on the form. Please note this is a secure fax number. It goes to an electronic mailbox, and no paper copy is generated. If you prefer, you may mail a check to the address on the invoice (please reference the invoice number on the check).

  2. There is a cancellation deadline printed on the invoice. If you do not cancel your registration prior to the cut-off date listed, you are still obligated to pay the invoice, regardless of whether you attend the event or not. Cancellations should be sent to info@sepaconline.org.

  3. Gold Members who register for a meeting and do not attend will be charged a $25 no-show fee unless they cancel prior to the cut-off date listed.

  4. All registrations received after the cancellation deadline will be charged a $10 late fee and may not be cancelled.
